Our lodge is a great base to walk, paddle board, or simply visit the lovely local towns of Bowness, Ambleside and our personal favourite Grasmere!
A quiet and chilled out space surrounded by woodland and streams down to Windermere - with swimming pool, steam room and jacuzzi on site and available for a small cost (£15PP)
Some key information on our lodge
Our property is a recently redecorated two bedroom, two bathroom lodge overlooking Lake Windermere. With a new Chaise Longue Sofa and a microwave added this year.
The main bedroom is ensuite with excellent storage and a king size bed
The guest room can be twin or double bed just let us know
3 person sofa, tub chair and dining table for eating
Large enclosed veranda perfect for children or dogs. With outdoor furniture for 4 people.
Full size kitchen with 4 ring hob, oven, grill. Full size dishwasher and fridge freezer.
Parking for at least 2 cars and some space for paddle board, small boat storage (liability is owners own).
Roughly 2 miles from Windermere, Ambleside and Bowness.
Swimming pool, steam room and jacuzzi on site at small extra cost (£15pp - needs to be arranged at reception - run by Parkdean)
Bar, restaurant, kids play area and shop on site. There's also a marina and access to Windermere.
